The data which you can query is based upon Pourcel et al. JCM 2007. A total of 99 isolates from various origins have been genotyped at 10 tandem repeat loci. Only 8 markers are used in the clustering analyses; the Lpms31 and Lpms37 markers are highly variable and of interest for local outbreaks investigations.
This site assumes that you have determined the size of your PCR products, in the way which is most convenient for you (standard horizontal agarose gels, acrylamide gels, or using sequencing machines). We can provide upon request reference DNA to help set up and control your allele size assignments.
